In a recent interview withTVLine, O’Toole opened up about the possibility of a Lara Jean cameo, following Margot Song Covey’s (Janel Parrish) cameo this season, making Lara Jean’s return a logical next step. O’Toole shared her enthusiasm, saying thatit would be“delightful”to have Lana Condor reprise her roleas the third Song Covey sister:

Having Margot come back was a wonderful thing to get to do for the end of that family story. […] That would be a wonderful opportunity, if we can make that happen.
When discussing the possibility of seeing more of Peter and Lara Jean’s relationship onXO, Kitty, O’Toole stated that any decisions about the iconic couple arecarefully considered in collaboration with series creator and author Jenny Han, and as such she wouldn’t want to share any information prematurely.
