Janet & Mr. Martin Are Key Characters In Season 2
Though viewers have been given some answers regarding what happened to Maddie, there are still plenty of details that need to be uncovered.School Spiritsseason 1’s endingcomplicated the Maddie mystery, considering the twist revealed that a version of Maddie is still alive. While the ghost form of Maddie is still trapped in the high school,Janet’s ghost form somehow takes over Maddie’s living body. Her whereabouts will become a major focus of season 2, especially after sending Xavier to the hospital.
As Maddie’s friends deal with the possibility that their friend is alive, only Simon can get the truth, seeing as he’s the only one who can communicate with Maddie’s ghost. Meanwhile, Janet is wreaking havoc in the real world while in Maddie’s body, as Maddie and the fellow high school ghosts attempt to find answers surrounding Janet’s past and her relationship with Mr. Martin, who has been keeping his own secrets.
