This will be the second-to-last installment to season 2 since episode 8 will serve as the finale. The Rings of Powerseason 2, episode 7, will begin streaming on Prime Video on September 26th, 2024, at 12 AM PT and 3:00 AM ET. This has continued to be the Thursday morning slot in which Amazon releases its newLord of the Ringsprequel episodes, though, following episode 7, there will only be one episode left.Rings of Powerseason 2, episode 8—the finale—can be expected to release on the streaming platform on October 3rd at the same time.

Episodes inRings of Powerseason 2 have been consistently just over an hour long, with the longest episode being season 2, episode 1, “Elven Kings Under the Sky,” at 1 hour and 16 minutes. The following episodes have been on the shorter end of the series' norm. However, this week’s episode isexpected to begin the Siege of Eregion, which has been teased to be a two-episode-long event. With so much action to pack into these final installments, it’s possible that Prime Video will kick out some longer runtimes again.

The final two episodes ofRings of Powerseason 1 were both 1 hour and 12 minutes long.
