The Separate Ways DLC is a side story that deals with series frenemy Ada Wong, providing an extended look at the events of the game while providing some backstory on the greaterResident Eviluniverse.
It’s $9.99 as a piecemeal DLC purchase and is available for allRE4remake platforms on June 07, 2025, including PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

How to start Separate Ways in the Resident Evil 4 remake
After you’ve purchased and downloaded theSeparate WaysDLC, all you need to do is go to the main menu and select it.
It’s a completely different mode, and equipment will not carry over into the core game.you’re able to, however,import costumesintoSeparate Ways, notably Leon Kennedy’s costumes. Outfits and accessories (like sunglasses) are fair game for Leon in this DLC.
