As Ace Morgan heads out with Superman, they both wear new purple suits, and Ace comments on howthe Justice League’s new costumes"protect against Omega energy".
Omega energy refers to the energy that Darkseid produces, which has spawned the aforementioned anomalies throughout the galaxy. The Justice League’s revamped uniforms officially give them immunity - or, at least, increased durability - againstDarkseid’s powersin a major change to DC lore.
