The Chained Blacksmith’s Scarred Body And Mask Hint At Something Hellish
At one point in the build-up to Sienna’s final confrontation with Art the Clown and theyellow-eyed, possessed body of Victoria Heyes, she has a vision that shows what appears to be a statue of the Christian figure Mother Mary holding the chain of a humanoid creature, which has a metal collar around its neck.The creature is working as a blacksmith, hammering either a sword or armor, with the implication being that it is the creature responsible for Sienna’s magic sword, given that it’s working at the behest of Mother Mary.

The creature’s body is very scarred and almost seems burned, and with a metal mask partially covering its face and mouth full of razor sharp teeth,it seems fairly certain that he’s a demon of some sort. It would explain why he’s able to craft a weapon or armor that could withstand the onslaught of Art the Clown; a demon blacksmith should be able to create armor that stops demons. When Sienna sees it in her vision, it seems to be working for the forces of good as a prisoner, but his physical appearance belies his true nature.
Terrifier 3’s Demon Blacksmith Sets Up New Enemies For Sienna
Sienna is on a path that leads directly to Hell itself inTerrifier 4, and while she may not encounter the demon blacksmith she saw in her vision, she is sure to run into similar creatures as she navigates the depths of the underworld from whence Art the Clown came.The demonic Art the Clownbegan as a human serial killer before being possessed by something far more sinister, and The Little Pale Girl is almost certainly the manifestation of a demon that eventually invaded the body and mind of Victoria Heyes.
Art the Clown’s first ever appearance came in a Damien Leone short film titledThe 9th Circlerevealed him to be a servant of Satan himself, and theTerrifierfranchise may be angling in that same direction.
WhileTerrifier 3reveals that demons like whatever drives Art and The Little Pale Girl need a human host to cross into the mortal world, but Sienna will travel to their domain where no such vessel is required.She will be up against the demons ofThe 9th Circle of Hellin their true form, and most will probably look something like the demon blacksmith she saw in her vision.
