His meltdown at the end of the movie is genuinely devastating and proves that Neeson is far more than just an action hero. The rest of the cast also performs perfectly. Fiennes' performance as Göth is chilling, embodying the cruelty of his character without shying away from the true horror of his humanity. Caroline Goodall’s portrayal of Emilie Schindler also represents the colder side of Schindler, which history tends to overlook.
