Celebi Ex Is A Powerful New Deck In Pokémon TCG Pocket
The one caveat forMythical Islandis that it does contain what appears to be a very potent new deck build.Celebi ex and Serperior appear to be a deadly combinationthat should make waves immediately in competitive play. Serperior’s ability allows all Grass Energy to count as two Grass Energy when placed on a Grass-type Pokémon card. This syncs perfectly with Celebi ex’s attack, which allows a player to flip a coin for every Grass Energy attached to the card and deal 50 damage for every head.
Ultimately,Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocketplayers need to decide whether they want the new cards badly or want to save their Pack Hourglasses for a full expansion that will be out in just six weeks. If players really want the new Celebi ex deck, opening a ton ofMythical Islandpacks all at once might be worth it. Otherwise, players may want to save their Pack Hourglasses for a much larger set that’s due out in a pretty short period.
