If Sink wasn’t inSpider-Man 4at all, she - along with Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios - would likely have taken this chance to simply say that the reports of her joiningthe MCU timelinearen’t true. Instead, Sink’s reaction may imply that she has, in fact, signed on forSpider-Man 4.
The bigger question, however, is who she is actually portraying in the film, as there had previously been theories that Sink was being eyed to join the MCU as X-Men heroine Jean Grey.
