Pokémon GO: Mega Altaria Mega Raid Guide (Weaknesses & Best Counters)
Target these key weaknesses to beat the mighty Mega Altaria with the best counters in Pokemon GO, so you can claim victory in this big Mega Raid.
You can also get your hands on its evolution, Polteageist, byusing 50 Sinistea candies. While in the original games, both Pokémon had more than one version, with some unique evolution methods, this has not been confirmed yet forPokémon GO. While many are debating ifPokémon GOis still worth playing in 2024, those that are continuing to have new Pokémon to catch.

To evolve Sinistea, you may earn candies by either catching more of them or by using the rare candies item.
The other debut during the event is the firstShiny appearance of Chill Drive Genesect.During the event, the Pokémon returns to 5-Star Raid Battles, and need to be taken on in groups to be able to defeat it. However, once you have, there isa chance that you will encounter the Shiny version, which you can then capture.

Increased Spawns During Just My Cup Of Tea Event
Two Different Ways To Increase Spawns
As with mostPokémon GOevents, certain Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild during it, including some rare spawns. During the event, six Pokémon will appear more often than normal:Slowpoke, Taillow, Slakoth, Duskull, Starly, and Greavard. In addition to this, five have the potential to be their shiny versions, with only Greavard’s Shiny not available.
Incense items lure Pokémon to your location, lasting for 60 minutes each.

On top of the increased spawns, afurther six Pokémon will be attracted to Incenseacross the five days. As a bonus, all six can appear as shiny versions. These areOddish, Miltank, Combee, Gothita, Litwick and Spritzee. While Oddish can often be found in the wild, the other five Pokémon only normally appear during specific events, so if you have missed out before, now is the perfect chance to add them to your Pokédex.
What Else Is Happening During Event?
A Change Of Bonuses In Raids

One and three star raids can only be completed solo, but five star raids, will require more than one player to have a chance of defeating.
