According to Blizzard, your personal Maximilien’s Vault skins are based on an algorithm that recommends cosmetics that you might be quite interested in based on your account data. This data pertains to your log-in history, gameplay activity, product interactions, in-game currency records, and catalog ownership.
However, if you wish to have a general selection of skins, then you can turn your overall Blizzard recommendations off. Do this by going into the “Accounts Settings” page on Battle.net, selecting the “Privacy and Communication” tab, clicking the “Update” button located beside “Personalized Recommendations,” and turning “Battle.net & In-Game Recommendations” off.
