Warning: This article includes MAJOR SPOILERS for Jurassic World: Chaos Theory!
Jurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 3 includes a new timeline connection, which creates a significant issue that could ruin season 4 if the writers aren’t careful. The Netflix show has made a name for itself as one of the best parts of theJurassic Parkfranchise. The narrative simultaneously connects to the movies and works as a standalone story. In early seasons ofJurassic World: Chaos Theory, the show tangentially relates to the final film of theJurassic Worldtrilogy because the events are happening parallel to one another, withSoyona Santos, aka The Broker, as the biggest connecting thread.

The Netflix series was brilliant to keep the connections minimal at the beginning, allowing the show to establish its own identity. However,Jurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 3’s endingfinally directly connects toJurassic World Dominionby bringing four members of the Nublar Six to the Malta dinosaur black market. The raid by French Intelligence and Soyona Santos’ arrest both happen onscreen from a different perspective. This new timeline development creates one major issue forJurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 4.
The End Of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory Season 3 Sets Up The Nublar Six Meeting The Cast Of Jurassic World Dominion
The Nublar Six Are All Heading To Biosyn’s Headquarters
At the start of the season,Jurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 3 brings in a major characterfrom theJurassic Worldtrilogy – Barry Sembene. The decision allows them to expand both Sonoya and Barry, showing more of the role they play in the illegal dinosaur sales.Jurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 3 ends with Barry arresting her, wrapping up that part of the Nublar Six’s arc. However, the ending also solidifies the direction forJurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 4, which could bring them face to face with moreJurassic Worldmovie characters.
3 Years Later, Jurassic World Makes One Of Dominion’s Coolest New Dinosaurs Even Better & Scarier
Jurassic World has brought back one of its most ferocious dinosaurs for the latest season of a Netflix animated, except now it’s even scarier.
Soyona Santos calls a helicopter to escape before her arrest, providing the main characters with a mode of transportation to continue their mission. Barry decides to look the other way when it comes to the helicopter, so Darius, Brooklynn, Yaz, and Ben set off to Biosyn’s research facility in the Italian Dolomites to stop Lewis Dodgson and Biosyn’s plan. At the same time, Kenji and Sammy stand outside the Biosyn Sanctuary, determined to find Bumpy. This will put all six main characters in the same physical location as the main cast ofJurassic World Dominionat the same time.

Jurassic World: Chaos Theory Season 4 Needs To Avoid Adding All The Main Characters Of Jurassic World Dominion
The Netflix Show Would Be Too Busy If It Included All The Main Characters Of Jurassic World Dominion
The inclusion of Sonoya Santos InJurassic World: Chaos Theorymade sense because she was a minor character in the movies; thus, there was ample room to expand her character. Plus, she had a direct hand in the dinosaur sales storyline, which was a driving force in the show. However,Jurassic World: Chaos TheorySeason 4 needs to avoid introducing all themain characters who appear inJurassic World Dominion.
Adding another six people to the mix would overcrowd the story and distract from the Camp Fam.

The story is already trying to balance the stories of six main characters. Adding another six people to the mix would overcrowd the story and distract from the Camp Fam. Plus,if they followed past trends for the show, they’d end up recasting the characters, which would feel wrong given how iconic the leading trios are. They could maybe get away with introducing one or two supporting characters, but the original trio, Claire, Kayla, and Owen should be off-limits.
One Supporting Character In Jurassic World Dominion Could Still Fit Into Jurassic World: Chaos Theory Season 4
Ramsay Cole Could Benefit The Story Of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory Season 4
If they were to integrate any of the characters fromJurassic World Dominion,I think Ramsay Cole would be the ideal option. Ramsay is the whistleblower who’s trying to stop Biosyn’s illegal cloning and dinosaur sales. The character is integral to theJurassic World Dominionstory, and his goal is similar to that of the Nublar Six. He would undoubtedly be a helpful ally. Moreover, Ramsay is also a minor enough character that he wouldn’t completely overshadow the main characters ofJurassic World: Chaos Theory.
After 32 Years, Jurassic Park Officially Just Confirmed The Franchise’s Coolest & Scariest Character
The Handler in Jurassic World: Chaos Theory season 3 is one of the best characters in the entire franchise and easily the scariest human.
Additionally, although he’s around for many major moments ofJurassic World Dominion, he is away from theDominiongroup on multiple occasions in the movie. This would give him time to interact with the Nublar Six while keeping the number of characters to a minimum. Ultimately, rather than trying to force the two trios into the Netflix show, Ramsay is the best option forJurassic World: Chaos Theoryseason 4.
