What This Means For Sonic the Hedgehog 3

Robotnik Is Still Dancing

In addition to Carrey’s multiple Robotnik characters, the “Run It” music video features other characters in fun roles. While a real version of David Guetta DJs,Sonic the Hedgehog 3’s Shadowalso appears as another DJ in the music video. These whimsical moments pair well with the Robotnik dancing sequences, which continues afranchise trend wherein Robotnik dances. In the firstSonic the Hedgehog, the character danced while analyzing Sonic’s quill, and inSonic the Hedgehog 2, he flossed while talking with Knuckles.

Sonic The Hedgehog 3: Everything You Need To Know

Paramount turned Sonic’s live-action adventures into a trilogy with Sonic The Hedgehog 3 - including introducing a key rival from the games.

The majority of the “Run It” music video is likely not in the actual movie, as it transitions quickly to a more conventional music video format rather than a montage from the film. Still, the presence of both Robotnik’s dancing in thisSonic the Hedgehog 3video suggests thatthe character may bust a move again in the movie itself. If so, this would be a goofy way to return a recurring element from theSonicfranchise.
