Avengers: Doomsday’s Cast Announcement May Not Be Its Entire Cast Yet
Many Heroes Are Missing From Avengers: Doomsday’s Cast
Prior to Marvel Studios' cast reveal, there was speculation that over 50 names would be confirmed to be appearing inAvengers: Doomsday. Only 27 stars were announced during the lengthy chair ceremony, which may constitute about half ofDoomsday’sactual cast. This means Marvel may be hanging onto several surprises, but has also neglected to confirm a number of notable MCU veterans and long-running heroes. This includes some original characters, such as Mark Ruffalo’s Bruce Banner, Jeremy Renner’s Clint Barton and Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury.
Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Benedict Cumberbatch, Ryan Reynolds, Lashana Lynch, Chris Pratt, Tom Holland, Don Cheadle and many more have also seemingly been ignored by Marvel Studios. It’s very possible that another cast announcement forAvengers: Doomsdaycould still be on the way, with the first perhaps being the stars who are available for filming right now. There are also some new heroes who haven’t been addressed, including the likes of Oscar Isaac’s Moon Knight, the Eternals and, notably,Tatiana Maslany’s powerful Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk.

I’m Convinced Bringing Back She-Hulk In Avengers: Doomsday Would Be The Right Move For The Hero & The MCU
We Want She-Hulk To Return in Avengers: Doomsday, Too
Given recent news that Tatiana Maslany wouldn’t be appearing at 2025’s Comic-Con Liverpool due to"filming commitments,“many speculated that this was due to her casting inAvengers: Doomsday. However,Maslany’s name was missing from the first announcement ofDoomsday’scast, even though her inclusion in the Phase 6 movie would be the best choice for the new MCU hero and her future. 2022’sShe-Hulk: Attorney at Lawdidn’t mark the strongest debut for Jennifer Walter’s She-Hulk, which has left her fate uncertain, despite teasing her transition onto the big-screen.
She-Hulk Star Addresses Toxic Response To The MCU Series Nearly 3 Years After Its Debut: “It’s A Constant Thing”
After joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe through her own show, She-Hulk lead Tatiana Maslany opens up on the different responses to the series.
Avengers: Doomsdaywill have a bigger budget, the safety of the VFX artists' union and a creative team that is more experienced in the way Marvel works and the impressive capabilities of the studio. This means thatShe-Hulk’s design will surely be more realistic and believable, with cleaner CGI, while the Russo brothers will also be more comfortable testing the limits of the character.She-Hulk can show off her more serious, dramatic sidesinAvengers: Doomsday, so we really hope Tatiana Maslany gets revealed to be returning in the MCU’s Phase 6.
