Funko has announced a digital Pop! collection in honor of the 85th anniversary ofBatman. The iconic comic book character, who is the bat-themed, crime-fighting alter ego of rich Gotham playboy Bruce Wayne, originally debuted inDetective Comics #27in 1939. Over the years, the character’s growing popularity spawned a sprawling multimedia franchise that includes live-action and animated television series, merchandise, serials, radio dramas, video games, theme park rides, more than a dozenBatmanmovies, and more.

On November 19 at 11:00 a.m. PDT, they will debut a new collection of Digital Pop! figures in the form of digital animated trading cards inspired by Batman’s rogue’s gallery of iconic villains, including The Joker, Catwoman, Professor Pyg, Two-Face, and The Riddler. When the collection debuts, the limited digital trading cards can be purchased in either standard or premium digital packs. The 19,000 standard packs, which contain five Digital Pop! designs, will be available for $9.99 USD and the 17,000 premium packs, which contain 17 Digital Pop! designs, will be available for $29.99 USD. Both collections also come with additional benefits. Every purchase will give buyers the opportunity to unveil a rare digital collectible, whichcan be redeemed for a corresponding limited-edition physical Pop! collectible.
