While the mod itself doesn’t do much to transformNew Vegasinto a horror-infused nightmare, its best addition will make running around the Wasteland scarier: Several random encounters with “different psychos and serial killers.”

Fortunately, the mod also provides two new weapons that should make dealing with these assaults a little easier: A Grim Reaper Scythe with two weapon mods (Skull Remover and Molten Metal) and the aforementioned Pumpkin Grenades that contain a “fear toxin.”
