DESCRIPTION & LEVELING

Lightning Ball

Shoot a ball of lightning that travels in a straight line. Does damage to all targets in its radius. Slows down when damaging enemies and stops if it hits the world.

Static Charge

Apply a charge to a target enemy hero. After a short duration, the static charge stuns and damages enemies within the radius.

Power Surge

Power up your weapon with a shock effect, making your bullets proc shock damage on your target. This shock damage bounces to enemies near your target. Occurs once per burst shot.

Storm Cloud

Channel an expanding storm cloud around you that damages all enemies within its radius. Enemies do not take damage when they are out of line of sight.

Of Seven’s abilities,it’s best to start off with Lightning Ball. Although it has its drawbacks, its area of effect is impressive and useful in taking out groups of enemyDeadlockplayers. Go forStatic Charge after this for a bit more leveragein combat. Affected targets will be damaged and stunned, allowing you to get even more damage in while there’s an opening. This is the perfect opportunity to go in with a Lightning Ball strike for easy early-game kills. Leveling these abilities when you can is advised to net increased slowing effects, damage, and radius.

Suggested items for Seven in Deadlock

With Seven’s first two abilities accounted for,Power Surge is the logical next step. Your weapon will create a shock effect on its targets once per burst, damaging nearby enemies with the same shock effect. Not only does this improve Seven’s overall reach, but it also deals big damage on enemies who manage to get close.

This New Game Is Invite-Only And Still Just Hit 40,000 Players On PC

Valve’s secret hero shooter, which absolutely everyone knows about, has managed to surpass most AAA games with its impressive player count.

Storm Cloud, Seven’s culminating Ultimate, is perhaps the most important aspect of this hero’s build. With an overwhelming area of effect, you can strike large groups of enemies all at once, though you’re left somewhat vulnerable while charging. At the very least, you’ll want tograb its first upgradeto pad Seven with greater bullet resistance. Items can help with this as well, but extra bulk is never a waste.

Late Game

To start off Seven’s early-game build,Mystic Reach is a good pick to increase the hero’s rangewith Lightning Ball.Enduring Spirit and Healing Rite will give you a lot more sustained bulkwhen you’re just getting the hang of your abilities or struggling to keep up with other players in this phase.

You can also opt for Extra Regen for even more padding, but it’s not totally necessary. Sprint Boots can help in this regard as well, offering a much-needed speed boost if you’re struggling in lane.

Seven has a few more items to work with as you nearDeadlock’smid-game, withSpirit Lifesteal, Bullet Armor, and Spirit Armorproviding and maintaining more bulk. Fleetfoot and Warp Stone also work together nicely here, improving the hero’s overall mobility with a speed boost and escape route should you need either. Finally,Improved Spirit, Improved Reach, and Superior Cooldown will all come in handywith enhancing Seven’s abilities, though you’ll have to pick and choose which to get first since you only have so many slots to fill.

In any case, you can grab what you’re not able to get as you move intoDeadlock’slate game. Surge of Power is the real star of the show here, pairing well with Seven’s Power Surge for even more speed. Leech will top off the hero’s durability at this point, nullifying anti-heal effects. With that, both Boundless Spirit and Unstoppable can aid in a similar light, allowing Seven to charge Power Surge and Storm Cloud without worrying about CC. Round out Seven’s build with Escalating Exposure for added damage output as needed.
