As thrilling as aCursed Childmovie would be,the cast has already expressed its distaste for the idea of reprising their roles. While they did return for theHarry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwartsspecial, only a few showed any interest in returning for a full movie revival. Radcliffe, in particular, has repeatedly emphasized that he would prefer decades away from the franchise, as he is “getting to a point where I feel like I made it out of Potter okay” after spending his childhood on the project.

There are other members of the cast who have expressed interest.
