In Hearthstone, Anomalies refer to a gameplay system that changes the rules of a match. Anomalies will be active in all games for the first week of Hearthstone patch 27.4’s launch. After that, they will only be active in 25% of games until the launch of patch 28.0.
“Yogg-Saron’s faithful servant, Cho’gall, is coming in the Fall of Ulduar to unleash Anomalies on Standard, Wild, Twist, and Arena, too,” Blizzard stated.
