Summary
Three years after its initial announcement, Team FOLON’s massiveFallout 4conversion mod,Fallout: London, launched on PC in July 2024. The mod tells a completely original story about the English capital in the years after the series' nuclear apocalypse, something that will likely never be explored in the main series as Bethesda Executive Producer Todd Howard previously stated that he has no official plans to set futureFalloutgames outside of the U.S.
Fallout: Londonis probably the closest players will get to a new, fullFallouttitle for a while, as it takes approximately 25 hours to beat the main storyline on its easiest mode. This is comparable to Fallout 4 in both its duration and map size, with extra open-world exploration, side quests and more easily extending the playtime to beyond 70 hours. The story features entirely new voice acting from established British talent, and the worldintroduces entirely new factions steeped in British culture, such as the World War 1-esque Tommies, the Knights of Camelot, and the gangster types, the Vagabonds.

Can You Play Fallout: London Without Fallout 4?
Fallout: London is practically its own game with all the content that it includes, but it is still a conversion mod.
