The Biggest Horde Yet

While Zombies may have eked its way intoModern Warfare III, the mode is synonymous with theBlack Opssub-franchise so it stands to reason that the sixth entry incorporates some more substantial improvements. Aside from the ability to save a game in a Solo match, players will also be able to join a friend’s game no matter their progression, making for seamless drop-in/drop-out co-opwith private matchmaking. The implementation of a new omnidirectional movement system should also ensure that characters can move through each expansive map faster than ever.

Aside from these quality-of-life improvements,Black Ops 6’s Zombies will feel instantly familiar to anyone who played the previous generations.Powerful items like GobbleGum Machines and Perk-a-Colas make a return to shake up combatand deliver the power fantasy that’s become an essential component of theCall of Dutyfranchise. Each new map will also feature a “guided mode” to help new players learn the ins and outs of every location but this system will arrive after veterans have had a moment toexplore every nook and crannythemselves.
