Below Deck Sailing Yacht’s Daisy Kelliher and Captain Glenn Shephard feud after the most recent charter guests left the yacht unhappy.

Bravoreleased a preview fromBelow Deck Sailing Yacht(shared byTeanailpolishon Reddit), which picks up where the previous episode left off, with the departing guests talking to Captain Glenn about the supposedly poor level of service they received on this trip from the interior crew, though they loved the exterior crew. Glenn doesn’t like what he’s hearing and ensures them that the team will come up with solutions so this doesn’t happen again. As they say goodbye to the crew, the guests don’t hesitate to tell everyone that the femaleBelow Deckstars had a bit of tension.
In a confessional, Daisy admits she feels “guilty and responsible” for the allegedly poor service the guests received. When the guests leave, Daisy and Danni Warren have a discussion about the feedback they just received, which is whenthe stew admits she’s lost her “passion” for this job and calls out Daisy over her leadership skillsand the way she treats everyone. Publicly, the chief stew says she will reevaluate how she leads the team, but in another confessional, Daisy trashes Danni.

This all leads up to the big confrontation in the preview clip. Glenn speaks privately with Daisy before the tip meeting to relay the guests' complaints and to hear her side of the story. Daisy takes responsibility but admits there was a “bad vibe” from the guests. When the captain asks for solutions if this type of situation happens again,Daisy tenses up, starts swearing and leaves the room. “Take a minute, come back,” Glenn says, as the cameras show Daisy storming off the yacht to clear her head.

There’s no wayCaptain Glenn will fire Daisy. Regardless of what everyone thinks of her ability to lead a team, she’s still too valuable to the captain. It would be far easier to replace other crew members who are lower down on the ladder. Once the season ends, though, she’ll have to stop and consider whether she wants to return.
