As much asAdam Driver’s career has reached some impressive highs, it has been met with some notable lows. On the one hand, Driver has been a part of some major moneymakers over the past decade. All three of hisStar Warsmoviesmade over $1 billion, withStar Wars: The Force Awakensmaking just shy of $2.1 billion. On the other hand, however, Driver has played roles in films that have been box office disappointments. Most infamously, he played the lead in Francis Ford Coppola’sMegalopolis, which made a mere $13.8 million on an $120 million budget.
The same disparity applies to the critical reception ofDriver’s filmsas well. The actor has been a part of indie darlings likeFrances HaandInside Llewyn Davisthat have earned Certified Fresh Rotten Tomatoes scores of over 90%. His work has been praised in similarly high-scoring movies likePatersonandMarriage Story. On the other hand, Driver has been a part of some more divisive titles, such asThis Is Where I Leave YouandThe Dead Don’t Die. One of Driver’s underperforming works is now getting a new streaming home.

Why You Should Watch 65 On Hulu
65may not be Driver’s best movie, but it is conceptually interesting and a testament to Driver’s ability as a leading man. For those who likeHeretic, it is a comparable movie in that it also focuses on just a few key characters, mainly Mills, who discover a deeper danger than they originally perceived.65is a good example of what Woods and Beck can do given a bigger budget, even if the execution may not have been perfect.
